Show/Hide Tools Bar

We added a quick toggle to collapse and expand the upper-right menu on the fly. This helps hosts/presenters as well as attendees to see the banner and webinar content better. Here's how you can do it.
Click the > button at the right most position on the tool bar (at the upper-right) to collapse
Click the < button to expand
