Here are the steps on how to download the recording of your flow event.  


For Organizers


  1. Look for the event you want to download the recording from your flow dashboard. This can be found in the “past events” from your dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Replay” button.
  3. Then click on the download MP4 option at the bottom of the page. 




For Attendees


  1. You have to obtain the registration link from your organizer to download the MP4 file of the recording. 
  2. Register from the link provided by your organizer.
  3. An access link and verification code to the replay will be sent to your email.
  4. Open the access link and enter the verification code.
  5. Click on the download MP4 option at the button of the page.



The replay and on-demand should be enabled on the event so that you can download the recording, otherwise, The replay and MP4 file of the recording won’t be available for attendees
