In this video, Jan is walking you through configuring the Microphone, Webcam, and Screen Sharing with Storyboard.
You can add multiple screen-sharing storyboard items assigned to each presenter. Then, when each presenter enables the microphone/webcam, clicks the screen sharing storyboard item (play button), goes ON AIR and shows the screen sharing to the audience.
Important Note:
- Screen sharing storyboard item (unlike Slides or webcam) can only be assigned to one presenter
- Multiple presenters can turn screen sharing on and keep it, and hosts can easily switch/toggle among them
- It is also possible to share the screen in multiple rooms at once, with microphone audio as well as system audio.
