Clearing the Webinato application cache may remedy some problems such as webinar display or loading issues.
On Windows
- Exit the Webinato application
 - Open the following link in Windows Explorer
 - %appdata%
 - Open the "Webinato" folder
 - Go to the "Cache" folder
 - Delete all the content in this folder
 
On Mac OS
Clear the cache in /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/<yourAppName>/Cache
On Linux
Clear the cache in /home/<user>/.config/<yourAppName>/Cache
*Notes:
- Here, "yourAppName" should be Webinato
 - "user" should be your profile/user name
