If you receive this message upon entering or leaving a room in secure conference it means the room owner has an incorrect hyperlink set to open upon entrance or exit. If you receive this message contact the room presenter or moderator and let them know. They will be able to change this in the Modify Organization Settings section of their Admin Page.
