Chat can be used as another means of in room communication.


  • This module includes Chat, Announcements and Twitter Integration.
  • From the Admin page > Modify Room Settings, you can:
    • Configure general chat settings, including privatizing chat, security, history settings, personal private messaging, etc.
    • Select chat position from four predefined positions.
    • Select announcement mode and position including side-by-side.
  • General Chat options include:
  • Formatting fonts, privatize or disable chat etc.
  • The color picker. includes predefined colors list. Click here for custom colors.
  • Sharing links.
  • Actions for submitted messages:
    • Options for submitted messages open when clicking  to the left of the chat entry. 

  • Announcements 

    • Create, send to all and save announcements.
    • Announcement Options include:
      • Support for web links.
      • Formatting the content and background.
      • Automatic removal timer.
