While the chat module does have tools to help Organizer and Presenters deal with incoming questions from Attendees, it may not be the best tool.
To better manage Attendees questions, we encourage you to use our Q&A Manager Tool, accessible to Orgainizer and Presenters and located in the Tools Menu.
