PROBLEM:

When trying to login to an event in the conference, why is the error "This event has not started yet. You may enter in X days, X hours, X minutes, and X seconds." displayed?

SOLUTION:

When a company sets up an event they will specify a time in which they will start allowing attendees to enter the room. They will set a time from either 10-120 minutes before the event start time when they will allow the attendees to start entering the conference room. If you are receiving this error it is because you are trying to access the event too soon. The given time in the red error box tells you the exact time you will be able to enter the room.

If you feel that you have received this message in error, or you have questions about the event, please contact your event coordinator.

(For example: This event has not started yet. You may enter in 1 days, 2 hours, 6 minutes, and 54 seconds means attendees can begin to enter the room in 1 days, 2 hours, 6 minutes, and 54 seconds, that is not when the event will actually start.)
